NOTICE REQUIREMENT
At least 7 days' notice is required for all custom orders. All orders are subject to availability.
DEPOSITS
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required after your order is confirmed. Your event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received.
PAYMENT BALANCE
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event date. Orders with an unpaid balance after the due date may be canceled and the event date released.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Deposits are non-refundable. Please contact Simply Sweet by Chauntriss as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your order. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available within the metro Atlanta area for an additional fee. Delivery availability and fees are based on location.
ALLERGIES
Products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy, may be present. Simply Sweet by Chauntriss cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
